For some reason we have come to a point in our country where the old the wise are to be discriminated against when it comes to employment. One great trick that recruiters do is request no more that 2 jobs after college. What a clean tactic to make sure the old veterans get overlooked and what happens with their life insurance if they do not make it back. Are they too expensive, have old habits that cannot be broke, too much strain on the Health Insurance survey when looking for quotes? We don’t love each other. You are only as good as those under 35 say you are. Those kids you babysat and diaper changed have now said that you are too old and too little of value for us. I guess those young kids don’t get old either. They remain at 29 all their life. They are short sited about their own futures. I have heard manager say, wow I just got a resume from a 50 year old guy, we must be in trouble. A recent global Millennium Ecosystem Assessment was completed which was a partnership of some 1,500 scientists studying the consequences of ecosystem change. this program was created in collaboration of the United Nations and the World Bank and the Convention on Biological Diversity.
