Here in the US Golf is a popular sport that has grown in popularity thanks in part to the Tiger Woods and some of the younger talent that has been showing up at tournaments. The game of golf has also been growing in popularity across the globe in countries like Germany, Spain, and Italy. In the Asian countries they are building multi-level courses that are targeted towards the affluent since space and and land are at a premium. Golf is one sport that can be very rewarding and challenging at the same time and when you watch those on TV you have to watch in amazement as they consistently hit the shots from tee box to green. That does leave the inspiration for us weekend golfers to aspire to hit that perfect fairway shot in 2009 as the game of golf continues to grow.
