You can escape cell phones, the internet, and video games and actually create memories that will last a lifetime. I work for Idaho & Oregon River Journeys and the majority of our customers are families. The trips we do are three to six-days in length and run through some very remote wilderness areas. No power outlets or cell phone towers in sight, it's a nice way of escaping "this crazy world that we live in!" Vacations spent in the outdoors offer tremendous value for families.
