As technology changes and tries to help you become more efficient it can sometimes have the opposite effect. Just ask anyone who has upgraded to newer versions of Office 2007. Our organization had been a Office 2003 launch site so we were trained in all the various tools and how to collaborate with our peers using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Having the ability to create a living document that could then be shared across multiple groups and edit on the fly was a great advancement for our teams. With the introduction of Microsoft Office 2007 came some great enhancements but we lost some of the functionality or so we thought of Office 2003.
That is why it was great to uncover ways to keep the current platform and revert back to the old tool bar so that our searches for functions that we used on daily basis were more streamlined. With the help of addintools software we can now Show classic menus and toolbars on ribbon of Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint) 2007 as if we were operating within Office 2003. The software allows individuals and corporations to easily learn the advantages of Office 2007 without having to learn the new interface. The software can be deployed via a corporate network so that you productivity does not suffer and all the major languages are supported. You can easily enable or disable the toolbar .  While change can be frustrating the way that you view the enhancements can help you stay on task or create a roadblock. That is why I was personally thrilled to see that you can have an add on software like this in order to advance the technolgy while keeping the familiar interface around to help ease the transition.
